“I use them for business” – Tenant cries out as landlord tries to evict him for having 3 cars

A Nigerian man, Albert Ikechukwu has lamented about alleged plans by his landlord to evict him from his apartment because he owns three cars.

Albert said the landlord complained that the vehicles are taking up space in the compound, but he explained that he uses them for his business.

Sharing his story via Facebook, the tenant said he hires them out to people who operate cab services and they return the car at night when they are done.

Albert said; “My Landlord wants to Evict me because I have 3 cars. He said that, I have occupied the whole space in the compound.

But these cars are used for my Business, cos I hire it out to guys using it for Uber and they come to pick it in the morning and return it in the Night. What can I do? Seems the Landlord does not want Growth and Success for his Tenant.”

A Zimbabwean Prophet, Madzibaba Simbarashe Comrade Chinyanga, has been accused by his landlord of using African magic to evade paying rent of about six months.

Hewas alleged to have used charms and a live monitoring lizard to intimidate his landlord whenever he visited to ask for the rent.

The landlord became frustrated with the spiritualists antics and sought the assistance of a neighbour who was assaulted by Chinyanga upon approaching him. It was gathered that that was the straw that broke the camel’s back as he decided to get the police and other community members involved.

Chinyanga’s wife was not spared from the treatment as she was compelled to relocate their belongings and find alternative accommodation as the situation heightened.

A source said; “He wasn’t paying rent, taking advantage of having powers to cause misfortune to his landlord since he is young following the death of his parents. We do not want him anymore in our area because he has divided a number of families with falsehoods.”
