The Department of State Security, DSS, has arrested a 23-year-old lady, Fildausi Ahamadu, for allegedly threatening to engage in suicide bombing and kill all those “responsible for the tribunal victory of the All Progressives Congress, governorship candidate in Kano, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna.”

According to The Punch, a source who craved anonymity confirmed the arrest on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

In a video which has gone viral on the internet, the lady claimed to be fighting for Governor Abba Yusuf Kabir of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP.

Fildausi was overheard in Hausa warning that anywhere she sees the lead judge in the state governorship elections tribunal, she won’t mind holding her with a bomb.

In the same vein, she warned APC’s Gawuna, saying; “You dare not indicate your location, otherwise, I don’t mind striking you with a bomb vest to commit svicide.”

The lady also used the viral clip as an opportunity to attack Vice President, Kashim Shettima, blaming him for the court predicament of the NNPP in Kano.

According to the source, DSS are making arrangements to arraign Ahamadu in court for her suicide bomb threat.

“We are indeed taking Fildausi Musa Ahamadu to court because these threats should not be taken lightly,” the source said.
