The daughter of billionaire, Femi Otedola recently broke silence on how she feels about her failed engagement.

Cuppy stated that life is full of ‘ups and downs’ regardless of one’s background, and in spite of her affluent background, her life has been unpredictable.

She made the remark at the Wimbiz London Conference, where she opened up about her breakup with her fiancé, her failed jewellery business, and struggle with her academic pursuits in Oxford University.

She said she was okay with the ‘uncertainty’ of life as there is power in uncertainties and failure, adding that even the biggest and most successful women experience failure.

The billionaire heiress recalled how a jewellery line she established at age 28 failed, how she almost failed at Oxford University, and failed in her relationship.

In her words; “Failure is inevitable. We will all have failures in our personal lives and in our professional lives. Now I can stand here and tell you how unpredictable my life has been despite being from a privileged background. Whether it’s my failed jewellery line which I did at 28 years old or going to the University of Oxford at 29 and almost failing class.

“Last year, I got engaged and I’m no longer engaged but such is life and I know my story is still happening and there’s more to come and I’m okay with the uncertainty”.

However, in a playful post on Thursday, she told fans not to bother checking Spotify wrapped to know how often her songs were played, as it is her heart that experienced the most of that.

DJ Cuppy tweeted; “Meanwhile, you don’t have to check Spotify, my heart was the most played this year 😅”
