I’ll not leave PSG under any circumstances – Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe has told Paris Saint-Germain that he will not leave under any circumstances this summer, Sky Sports News reports.

Mbappe’s contract with PSG will expire next year.

The 24-year-old forward feels let down by PSG’s transfer policy amid reports linking him with a move to Real Madrid. He will be frozen out of PSG’s squad and will not play for the club until his contract runs out.

Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano earlier reported that Paris Saint-Germain put up Mbappe for sale, dropping him from their preseason trip to Japan.

He stated this in a Twitter post on Friday July 21, he said the Ligue 1 champions reached the decision to sell the French captain.

“Kylian Mbappé has been left out of the Paris Saint-Germain squad for the pre-season tour in Japan. Decision made by PSG tonight. Understand PSG consider Mbappé FOR SALE starting from today.

“Paris Saint-Germain feel Kylian Mbappé wants to leave for free in 2024 — he did not communicate anything yet despite Al Khelaifi’s public statement. PSG decided to EXCLUDE Kylian from Japan tournée,” Romano tweeted.

Meanwhile in another news…

PSG recently said Kylian Mbappe had agreed a deal with Real Madrid, and they ‘feel betrayed’ that he is going back on his words.

The Parisians were convinced Mbappe has already agreed to join Real Madrid on a free transfer next summer, a move that is viewed as a huge betrayal after he said he would never leave for free.

The club sought clarity from Mbappe when training resumed this month but nothing has been communicated by the player.

It was said that PSG insiders believe what Mbappe is doing is almost sabotage, killing his club and empowering the club’s big rival with a free gift transfer.

The Ligue 1 Giants are convinced it’s just about money for Mbappe now. If he stays in Paris just until next summer, he picks up more than £100m. Then next summer he can get a £160m signing-on fee in Madrid as a free agent plus huge wages.
