Popular Nigerian TikToker, VeryDarkman, has pleaded with award-winning artiste, David ”Davido” Adeleke not to change his generous nature because of ungrateful people.
He made the appeal after the Afrobeats star lamented over how ungrateful people have been considering he helped them in the past.
This is coming amid the debt scandal Davido is embroiled in which saw Dammy Krane call him out once more to demand payment for a music collaboration they did in the past.
Davido had disclosed how he gave Dammy 3 verses for free, housed and fed him when he was homeless in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Omo Baba Olowo stressed that he has learned his lesson, hinting that he would be more careful about helping people.
He tweeted; “The level of ungratefulness is alarming… lesson learnt”
However, in reaction to his post, VeryDarkman took to social media to plead with the singer not to stop being a generous fellow.
The online activist said he needs some of Davido’s money to launch his NGO which is targeted at make portable drinking water accessible to the people by drilling boreholes to lessen the number of people still drinking water from the river.
He wrote; “@davido don’t let this people change you oo, I need some of your money when I start my NGO, a lot of kids in Nigeria still drink river water, project build boreholes go soon start,,,,,OBO never vex yet, I need your money.”
