Nigerian actress and reality TV star, Erica Nlewedim, on Saturday, December 2 announced that she has dual citizenship.
The Big Brother Naija ‘Lockdown’ contestant took to her official Twitter (X) account and showed off a St Kitss and Nevis passport.
Erica claimed that she almost forgot she has a second passport and noted that she felt the need to maintain a distance beween herself and trolls.
In a photo she shared, the actress could be seen proudly displaying her Caribbean passport, obscuring sensitive information while revealing her face.
She wrote; “I almost forgot I have a second passport. It’s time to put some distance between me and the people with a crab mentality.”

Apparently, the mother of two who was married to Justin Dean, an American, had filed for citizenship by naturalization, but sadly, her request was not granted.
A video making the rounds on social media platforms captured the moment Korra Obidi got the sad news of a rejection from the US Citizenship And Immigration Services.
The dancer and singer could be seen opening an envelope containing the letter from the Immigration office to discover her fate.
The Instagram dancer evidently appeared sad and forlorn due to the rejection and had to end the video abruptly to process her feelings.
In reaction to the development, netizens asserted that Korra should have maintained a cordial relationship with her ex-husband, Justin Dean, however, some said she was just doing it for attention and clout.
It will be recalled that the former couple finalised their divorce last year after a long running battle for dissolution of their marriage and custody rights for the children.
