Popular Nigerian singer, Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, known professionally as Mayorkun, has revealed how he got a broken tooth.
The ‘Certified Loner’ crooner said he had an encounter with a wild fan four years ago that led to his tooth being chipped.
Mayorkun was having an interactive session with fans on social media and one asked if his half teeth is part of heritage.
But he explained via Snapchat that a overzealous fan chipped it when he was performing on stage at an event in 2019.
The fan asked: “This half teeth na heritage something?”
Mayorkun replied: “A fan actually chipped my tooth on stage in 2019.”

Nigerian reality star, Ike Onyema recently lambasted fans of his former girlfriend, Mercy Eke following his controversial tweet.
He had earlier shaded Mercy by suggesting that she was not happy about Ilebaye winning Big Brother Naija All Stars.
In a not-so-direct attack, Ike used the hashtag #crocodile to imply that his ex-love interest was shedding crocodile tears.
He tweeted; “Women supporting women, until it’s another woman turn. #crocodile #Queenmaker #Godfather.”
However, when he faced backlash from her fanbase known as Mercenaries, the blogger said it was just him standing up for his family after they were attacked on social media.
He wrote; “Opened a 9hr space to insult my family unprovoked, and just one tweet everybody is weeping. Come for me, but never my family.
I am respectful, but know when to draw the line, don’t trigger me. Don’t let me set the right and true narrative. Personal Brands would be massively affected. Peace.”
