Budding Nigerian singer, Crown Uzama, popularly known as Shallipopi, has revealed the important role rapper, Zlatan Ibile played in his rise to stardom.
According to the ”Elon Musk” crooner, Zlatan gave his music career “life” without collecting any dime in return.
The 23-year-old TikTok sensation disclosed this via his Instagram story while sending a shoutout to the Lagos Anthem hit maker.
Shallipopi wrote; “Big shoutout to Zlatan Ibile. Bro literally gave my career life. He didn’t ask for anything in return.”
He became an internet sensation after his song ‘Elon Musk’ went viral. He later remixed the song with Zlatan Ibile and Fireboy DML which solidified his stardom.

Nigerian skit-maker, Michael Charles aka OGB Recent, has described music star, Davido as the realest ”OG” in the entertainment industry.
He stated this on his Twitter account after Davido joined colleagues and fans at the candlelight procession for late rapper, Mohbad in Lagos.
OGB Recent was full of praises for the ‘Champion Sound’ crooner for flying back to Nigeria to be a part of the procession and tribute concert holding in Lekki and Victoria Island respectively.
The content creator, who is among celebs that have been at the forefront of demanding justice for Mohbad, stressed that for that singular act, the Omo Baba Olowo will always have his respect.
He tweeted; “Davido is one of the realest OG in the industry. He’s always supporting artistes and showing up when necessary. He flew back to the country to honor Mohbad tonight. He will always have my respect”.
