Young man builds house in three years with his savings

A Kenyan man identified as Mojinga Mojinga has built a house for himself and shared how he completed the building against all odds.

The new home owner revealed that he started building the house three years ago after saving 380,000 Ksh (N1.4 million).

According to Mojinga, he runs a khaki sales business and it is the profit he saved that enabled him to commence the construction.

He also said that his parents are late and he has no sibling, so he did not get any financial assistance because all his aunts and uncles gave him were promises.

He married before he could finish the structure, but he advised other men not to be like him, saying they should build have their own house before settling down.

Mojinga, who shared photo of himself in the house further advised men against taking their wives money for such family projects.

He wrote; “3 years back , before i married i had 380k i had saved from the khakis business ,i called myself in a personal meeting , asked myself should i drive or should i own a home?

I decided to own a home and went to shags and started building . My friends it ain’t easy but i made it . It was hard because iam an orphan , with no brother no sister . All i got from family (uncles, aunts, cousins) was words.

But i always appreciate them so much. But my fellow pals don’t marry before you own a home , it will be harder for you. And remember don’t use your ladies’ money to build , this will give her more power, in the home.”

Similarly, a Nigerian TikToker and entrepreneur has said it was an unwise financial decision of Afrobeats singer, Zinoleesky to buy a house.

The Marlian Music signee took to Instagram on Tuesday and announced that he acquired a beautiful house.

Zinoleesky shared a photo and wrote; “Thank u lord!! My 2023 already started” and it also came with the hashtag “#latestlandlord”.

In response, the Tikok adviser said it was a waste of money for the singer to buy things that he does not need just to impress the public.

He said the 23-year-old artiste is not old enough to be buying house and cars as he should have focus more on learning about assets that make him money instead.

The man congratulated Zinoleesky on his latest acquisition but said that he should have been consulted for business advice.

He said the Kilofeshe crooner will never get rich by buying luxurious things. He also asked the singer if he does not have the desire to leave Naira Marley’s record label and stand on his own.
