You claim someone inspired you but won’t agree he paved the way for you – Cynthia Morgan mocks Odumodublvck

Nigerian dancehall star, Cynthia Morgan has taken a swipe at popular rapper, Odumodublvck over his claim that no artiste paved the way for him.

The Hip Hop star recently narrated how his father died due to the family’s inability to raise N70,000 to pay for bed space at the hospital. Odumodu added that the incident and other rough experiences in life are why he strongly believes no artiste paved the way for his musical success.

His statement came on the heels of Eedris Abdulkareem’s claim that he laid the foundation for Afrobeats stars, Davido, Burna Boy and Wizkid to become successful in the music industry.

Reacting, although the ‘Declan Rice’ crooner admitted that he was inspired by other rappers, he insisted that no musician paved the way for him.

Odumodublvck wrote: “When my father died my family was poor. We could not pay hospital bed space of 70k [N70,000]. We had to take him home.

Coming to tell me about paving the way for me? That’s God, brother. No use your ego counter reason my reality, bros. I agree say you inspire me. But bros, you pave the way for nobody. Nobody! I hate when n*ggas try to play God.”

In response to Odumodu’s remark, knocked him for somewhat giving conflicting statements as she wondered why he claimed someone was an inspiration to him, while insisting that the person did not pave the way

She wrote; “This Odumodu black na real odumodu, you claim someone inspired you but you wouldn’t agree he paved the way for you . What is going on in this country”.
