Nigerian reality star and actor, Tobi Bakre has finally broken silence on why he declined participating in Big Brother Naija All Stars.
He revealed that he got an invitation from the organisers but due to other prior commitments, it would not have been possible for him to go back into the house.
Tobi made this known during a chat on the sidelines of a social event, where he also said he didn’t regret not being part of the ‘All Stars’ edition.
He noted that things are going very well for him in the movie industry and he wants to keep enjoying every moment of his life as an actor while he’s still sought after.
In response to the interviewer’s question, Tobi said; “Yes, it was cold, but you know, I think the things I had to do, everything I had going on at the time, it just didn’t match. I couldn’t have that in my space at the time.”

Ex-contestant of Big Brother Naija, Tacha, has said the All-Stars edition was for her colleagues who did not make good use of their first chance.
The ‘Pepper Dem’ star said she gets brand deals regularly, enjoys hosting her Big Friday show on Cool FM, and she was not willing to sacrifice any of that to return to the Big Brother house where she’ll be receiving ”peanuts.”
The self acclaimed Port Harcourt First Daughter, spoke in a feature article as she covered the latest issue of The Will Downtown Magazine.
Tacha said; “Some specific deliverables and obligations must come through for me, plus I am constantly getting back-to-back bookings from brands. To leave all of this and then go on a show where I’m going to get paid peanuts isn’t worth it.
“I’m enjoying my work at Cool FM every Friday, and I won’t leave my fans hanging. In my opinion, the show is really for, let’s say, people who probably do not utilise their first chances, and honestly, to just be fair, I do not fall into that category”.
