We’ll start smoking igbo together next year – Carter Efe says after hugging Wizkid (Video)

Nigerian skit-maker cum musician, Carter Efe has bragged about having a more cordial relationship with Afrobeats maestro, Wizkid now that they’ve officially met.

He declared that both of them will start smoking marijuana together because they would have gotten close.

Carter Efe, who stated this during an Instagram live session in response to critics, added that things will be better in 2023 than they were in 2022.

CorrectNG had reported that he shared a video capturing the moment he finally shook the hands of his favorite singer, Ayodeji ‘Wizkid’ Balogun.

The Machala hit maker said the handshake was not a big deal compared to what they will be doing in the future.

“That wan na small wey Wizkid shake me,’‘ he said.

In a post on his Twitter account, Carter Efe said the meeting was an achievement for him as well as a snippet of what fans should expect in 2023.

The content creator said he began the year believing in possibilities and he ended it with the achievement of meeting his idol.

He wrote; “Began the Year Believing, Ending the year Achieving.😭 This is a snippet of next year. CHARIS❤️🦅 Wizkid fc 4life❤️🦅”

In the video he posted, Carter approached Wizkid to introduce himself backstage when the Joro crooner excitedly gave him a handshake and hug.

Another part showed the comedian performing his hit song, Machala with Berri Tiga on stage at the Landmark beach concert in Lagos.
