Video: Pregnant woman delivered safely after calling Wike’s name thrice – Rivers Deputy Speaker
Deputy Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Ehie Ogerenye Edison, has claimed a that the state governor, Nyesom Wike’s name performed wonders for a pregnant woman experiencing difficulty giving birth.
He said the woman was able to deliver safely after shouting Nyesom Wike’s name three times and a cesarean section which had been scheduled to take place was halted.
Edison made this claim when the governor visited his constituency in Ahoada on Wednesday, January 12, 2023.
He said, “As at yesterday night, there was a lady on (in) labour. The lady tried, (but) she couldn’t put to bed. They had already prepared the theatre for her to be operated on this morning.
“But because the nurses knew that you are coming to Ahodia today, they were discussing that ‘our executive governor is coming to Ahodia today; this man likes Ahoada people’.
“At the hearing of your name, the woman shouted ‘the God of Nyesom Wike, let me deliver safely’. Three times, the woman mentioned your name; she delivered a bouncing baby boy.
“Praise ye the Lord! Your excellency, that was your name. They came this morning and said they want to name the boy in your name. I said no, don’t do that until I hear a confirmation from his excellency.”

Meanwhile, a Nigerian woman has gone online to seek advice regarding a complicated case of paternity fraud intertwined with extra-marital affairs.
According to the woman, her husband confessed to her that his side chic said he impregnated her and she threatened to ruin their marriage if he does not send her abroad.
She said that when he calculated how much it would cost to fly his mistress and their unborn baby abroad, he felt it would be better for him to open up to his wife and ask for forgiveness.
According to her, what he and the side chic didn’t know however is that the man is impotent, so there is no way he could have impregnated her.
But she cannot tell him that the lady is lying about the pregnancy because that means he would find out that their own kids do not belong to him.
She sought help on what to do because she wants to expose the side chic but she does not want her marriage to crash if her hubby finds out the truth.

My husband came back home last week while I and the kids were in the living room watching a movie. He quickly sent them to bed.
He then called me inside and knelt to start explaining that he had impregnated a woman who is threatening to ruin our marriage unless he agrees to send her abroad.
Upon calculating the cost involved, he felt we could use the money for ourselves and was therefore asking me to forgive him for cheating on me.
Now my problem is I don’t know how to tell my husband that the woman is just a chronic liar. I am that confident because I know my husband is medically impotent. However, I am scared I’ll lose my marriage if he gets to know that the kids at home are also not his.
