Video: Loyalty doesn’t work in the industry – Singer, Mohbad

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad, has said loyalty does not work in the music industry.

The artiste stated this during a chat with Pulse One On One months after he left Marlian Music following a dispute with his former boss, Naira Marley.

Mohbad said that in his experience, anybody who is too loyal to a more experienced person or mentor will be exploited.

He said that showing loyalty did not work for him, adding that if he is able to bounce back and have a bubbling music career, then he would discard the thought of loyalty.

Watch him speak below:

Bella Shmurda, Mohbad make jest of Naira Marley’s new song (Video) – bella shmurda mohbad mock naira marley

This comes after Mohbad and his friend, Bella Shmurda were captured on tape taking a dig at Marlian Music boss, Naira Marley.

Though Mohbad is no longer an artiste under Naira Marley, it seemed their rift is yet to be resolved as suggested by an act of mockery captured on tape.

The Ko Por Ke (KPK) hit maker was hanging out with Bella Shmurda and some other people when they decided to mock of Marley’s latest sings titled Vawulence.

Bella, during an Instagram live session mimicked the way the Marlian President rapped on the track and tagged the song as ‘rubbish’.

CorrectNG reported weeks ago that Mohbad, while still signed to Naira’s label accused him of unleashing boys on him when he made some requests which the music executive did not like.

After that ordeal, he formally terminated his contract with his record label and released a diss track titled “Tiff” and shaded him on Twitter writing, “Why is Naira falling down?”

Naira Marley decided to respond by displaying his street credibility and releasing his own diss track “Violence” where he throws sub at Mohbad.

However, in a live video with Mohbad, Bella further said Naira Marley has lost his grace musically while making fun of his singing style and Mohbad laughed continuously.
