VeryDarkman finally reacts to video of Davido’s bodyguards beating businessman over debt
Nigerian online activist, Martins Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan has finally addressed musician Davido’s alleged debt and the consequent fall out with Abu Salami.
It may be recalled that a businessman, Abu Salami called out Davido days ago and claimed that the artiste is owing him N218 million after refusing to fulfil his end of their contract.
But on Tuesday night, he shared a video of some meaning attacking him for dragging OBO, and said they are the Afrobeats star’s bodyguards.
After much pressure from Nigerians to comment on the matter, VeryDarkMan,who recently linked up with the DMW boss shared a 4-minute video where he confirmed that the suspects are indeed Davido’s security.
The TikToker, however, said Nigerians do not ask the right questions and it is why they would continue to fooled by politicians. He said if the claim by the online publishers that Davido’s boys killed someone were true, they should provide proof.
He gave people 24 hours to provide the person they claimed Davido’s bodyguards allegedly killed and if they are able to do that, everybody can unfollow him.
VeryDarkMan also claimed that there is a lot of jealousy and envy in the Nigerian entertainment industry and that he had also said previously that he would not be speaking on matters concerning Davido, Wizkid or Burna Boy because they have a community of fans who would not listen to facts.
He said: “I give everybody wey don tag me 24 hours to provide person wey dem kpai! If you provide the person, everybody can unfollow me immediately. You people don’t know how to ask the right questions and it’s a problem. So these people came online to tell una say Davido and him people kpai person, una no ask sey where the person wey dem kpai, the person wey dem kpai no get family? Provide who dem kpai! Just the way I dey make my videos, una know me, If I make video I would put evidence. Where the person wey dem kpai? I give you 24 hours everybody, including the blogs that posted it.
“Post that video, wey talk say Davido dey owe am, I talked to him yesterday because e don drop message. I tell the guy say all these things wey you dey post online no necessary, this na something you go carry go legal if you know say wetin u dey talk na true. You think say online people wan follow you? All the people wey dey ginger you online na the rival music gang.
“I hope una know say I don first say I no go talk about Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy because these people don get community wey no wan hear you even if you dey tell them truth, sentiments don enter dem in the name of fanbase.
“Like I said, I give you people 24 hours to provide the person wey dem kpai. Una no learn anything from this Naira Marley thing wey happen, now una don bring another one. Provide the person, if you no provide am, know say u be mumu and if you provide am finish, everybody unfollow me, show us who kpai!”
