Chinko Ekun revealed that he usually gets gifts, no matter how small, for members of his family and his security guard on Valentine’s Day.

He said; “Valentine’s Day should not be restricted to only those in love. During Valentine, I usually get gifts for my friends, my lawyer, my mother, and my sister. Even those around me, such as my security guy, get something from me on Valentine’s Day, no matter how small. I usually go out on dates for Valentine’s Day, but most times, I am busy with shows.”

He also talked about his recently released single titled, ‘Wait’, which is in the spirit of Valentine’s Day and attempts to highlight the importance of getting clarity in relationship.

Ekun said; “I released a new song in the course of the week, featuring Ozed. The song asks a lady what she wants from the relationship; whether is it love, money or attention. That is because clarity is one of the things people like to shy away from. But, I think that in any relationship, clarity is needed at some point.”

The former YBNL artiste, also disclosed that he had no plans on going out for the lover’s day, he was billed to perform at a Valentine’s Day party.
