A video making rounds online shows some suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) assaulting some indigenes for flouting the sit-at-home order in the south east.
It was gathered that the residents organised a party in a compound for which they set up canopies, but it was disrupted by armed men who claimed they were enforcing the sit-at-home order.
In the video, they could be seen pouncing on different men at different parts of the compound as they destroyed bikes and questioned them for flouting the order.
The told the residents to lay flat on the floor and asked the owner of the house what was going on, he said that it was a party.
The men then queried them asking if they don’t like how killer herdsmen have been chased away from communities in the region.
