Tinubu’s conduct at Chatham House proves he’s prepared for presidency – Adamu Garba

Former presidential aspirant of the Youth Progressives Party (YPP), Adamu Garba II, has said the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Bola Tinubu is a pace setter.

Garba, who defected to the APC months ago, stated this on Monday while reacting to the outing of his party’ flagbearer at Chatham House in London, UK.

He said the decision by Tinubu to assign roles to members of his team during the session is a hallmark of planned presidency, where teamwork and coordination is employed.

According to the APC chieftain, Tinubu displayed the higest level of understanding of the Nigerian system while fielding questions.

Garba wrote; ”Tinubu assigned questions to others etc, this is the hallmark of his planned presidency. Build on teamwork, coordination and allowing others to contribute. Unlike others who are strictly ‘I’ centric or ‘Me’ purveyors. This showed the degree of Tinubu’s competent preparedness.

He added; ”Verdict of Bola Tinubu’s appearance at Chatham House Today:

Candidate displayed highest level of understanding the contemporary Nigerian society, its political history, its democratic evolution as he is an active participant in Nigeria’s democratic journey at the end of Cold War.

Candidate is able to connect Nigeria’s industrialization possibilities with modern, commercial, technology driven agricultural practices. Candidate is able to put private sector where they belong, and know exactly when government is supposed to act or intervene.

Overall, candidates demonstrated the need for a teamwork in delivering his mandate, the will to drive the vision through multiple hands, the need to shine alongside others, above all, he isn’t selfish & power monger. Conclusion, candidate is the most qualified for the Presidency.”
