“The fear of Buju” – Fans react as Ruger shares video of himself praying for music reasons (Watch)

Nigerian singer, Ruger has set tongues wagging online following a recent post suggesting that he sometimes adopts spiritual approach to certain issues.

The ‘Girlfriend’ crooner took to his Instastories and shared a video of him praying in a bowed down position, with his face touching the floor.

Ruger said the reason he was praying was so that God can show his fans vision in their sleep about when he intends to release new music.

He could be seen in the clip bowing down around the dining area as it seemed he was preparing to eat before the recording started.

The singer captioned; “I’m trying to beg God to minister to my fans in their sleep and tell them when I’m releasing new music”.

Mixed reactions greeted his post as some accused him of using God’s name in vain and others said he was doing it because of the superioty battle with colleague, BNXN (formerly Buju).
