ThankGod Omori Jesam, popularly known as TG Omori, has bragged that he is the biggest music director in the country.
The award-winning filmmaker stated fondly called Boy director via his Twitter account that he is friends with most Nigerian music video directors and admitted that they are very talented but maintained that none of them is better than him.
TG Omori wrote; “Every director na my guy and them sabi die but non “bigger” than boy.”
His post stirred controversy on the microblogging site and fans stormed his timeline to challenge the claim.
Nanes like renowned music video directors; Clarence Peters, Director K, Meji Alabi were mentioned as examples of those that were bigger than him.
Feeling irritated by the counter arguments, Omori teased fans by urging them to keep crying.
“You can cry your tears here will check on them later, I have videos to edit,” he wrote.
His colleague, Director K who sought to see the matter die doen pleaded with fans to cease fire, adding that TG Omori was family.
He wrote; “You guys should relax @boy_director is my BROTHER.”
In response again, Omori maintained an arrogant position, saying; “Bro you should have left them to cry a little more! I hate short tears.”
Meanwhile, Nigerian reality TV star, Beauty Tukura recently went on social media to call out a photographer over his ‘outrageous’ fee for a shoot.
She said the Lagos-based creative charged her a total of N500,000 per look and she wanted to do three looks, which means she will pay three times the fee.
Beauty said the photographer asked for a basic fee of N250k with additional N150k for home service and another N100k because it fell on a weekend.
The ex-beauty queen lamented about the amount being too high even for the conditions he gave her to render service.
According to Beauty, it was a member of her team that got in touch with the photographer so he did not deal with her directly in case people are thinking it’s because she’s a celebrity.
She wrote; “Lagos!!! LMFAO… I contacted a photographer to shoot & this is what he tells me…250k per look & an additional 150k because he’s leaving his studio & another 100k because it’s weekend. PS: I was gonna do 3 looks 😂😂 What are your thoughts?
Let me add that I didn’t contact him personally, someone on my team did so it’s not even a case of “celebrity price or whatever.”
