On Monday, November 11, US singer, Tamar Braxton had given her two cents on issues concerning men’s sexuality, while telling women that there’s nothing in the world they can do to keep a man who doesn’t want to stay.
Taking to her Instagram page, she stated that a lot of men are gay and there’s nothing a woman will do, not the “money, beauty, hair, babies” will keep them.
Tamar shared a text photo that read: “The truth is ladies that theses dudes out here really do be gay!! It aint enough money, beauty, hair, babies in the world to kee them!! They want Di**!! Peridt!! It’s nothing wrong with you, but they will find EVERY reason in the world to make you not good enough!!
Well, Braxton has offered what seems like an apology and given an explanation, clarifying her comment on men’s sexuality.
A day after her post which went viral, her Nigerian boyfriend, David Adefeso took to Instagram to share a cryptic post about closing one door in order to have another open for you (read here). His post coming shortly after hers sparked speculations that all may not be well in their relationship.
But Tamar has now clarified things on her Instagram Stories. She explained that her statement about men’s sexuality has nothing to do with her and David.
She wrote: “Ya’ll know I’m going live…If you are in ya bag, ya shouldn’t be. I shouldn’t have been in My feelings, & ranted on social media based off a conversation with my friends. I was talking about me but not me and David. I’ve been through a lot. This is why I stay on my fake page.”
