A masquerade got the attention of members of a community after he he was seen going around begging for money with non-verbal means.

He wrote his account details boldly on a piece of paper and placed it on his masquerade outfit so that anybody feeling generous could send him money through PalmPay account.

PalmPay is an e-wallet and mobile payment platform licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and it offers financial services to users via its mobile app.

The traditional representative of the gods could be seen posing with some young boys who found it hilarious that he was requesting transfer.
