Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck has shared the excited reaction of a promising singer, Ecko Miles, to his co-featured song being reposted by international artiste, Wizkid.

The Hip Hop artiste featured Ecko on his single ‘Picanto’ which also has Zlatan Ibile. He said the guy is the bread winner of his family, which is why he was very happy about being on the song and getting Wizkid’s recognition.

Odumodu revealed that the young man left his family in Port Harcourt , Rivers state and made his mother believe that he was going for his National Youth Service (NYSC) Programme.

He, however, traveled to Lagos state to hustle which is when he met Odumodublvck and they recorded the hit song together.

According to the Indigenous rapper, he bumped into the artiste by chance on his third day and Lagos after which they jumped in the studio.

Odumodu uploaded a video of Ecko Miles jumping up in excitement and going haywire after seeing Wizkid’s story.

“The young man you see rejoicing is the bread winner of his family. he left ph . told his mum that he is going for NYSC. but instead came to hustle in lagos. his 3rd day in lagos we met by mistake and recorded picanto. It’s a blessing to his family,” the post reads.

In other news, music star, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known by his stage name, Wizkid has promised that fans will no longer be required to purchase tickets before they can attend his shows in Lagos state.

He stated this during his December 2022 Live in Lagos concert, which he had earlier announced would be his last show in Lagos.

The award-winning singer said his statements are often misquoted, and the recent one about his concert in the city was one of them.

Wizkid noted he will have to start completing his sentences so that it will not be misreported by news outlets and social media users.

According to Big Wiz, when he made the post on his social media page what he meant was that it will be the last time his fans will pay for his show in Nigeria’s commercial capital because it will be free from 2023.

Speaking on stage during a pause of his performance, Starboy said that he felt it was unfair for him to perform all around the world and still return home to ask his people to pay and watch him perform.
