Singer, Portable rejoices as Davido follows him back on IG

Popular street-hop singer, Portable has revealed that top Afrobeats singer, Davido followed him back on Instagram.

This comes weeks after the controversial artiste fell out with the DMW boss during the Osun governorship election, where they supported different parties.

Davido, whose uncle was elected Governor of Osun on the platform of the Peoples Demcratic Party (PDP) had unfollowed Portable after he declared support for Gboyega Oyetola who was seeking reelection under All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Zazuu star called Davido out and said that he stopped folloing him on Instagram because he hated that he was trying to secure his future.

But in a recent post on his page, Portable announced with gladness that OBO is following him again.

Sharing a video, he wrote; ”If you want to shine like a sun fist burn like a sun 🔥🔥🔥 👑 @davido Dõn follow me back Aza Man 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Aza Man 💴💰 Every Other Days is Aza Man 💯💯💯 any disappointment is a blessing another day another blessings #AzaMan”

Meanwhile CorrectNG reported earlier that Portable, born, Habeeb Okikiola tendered an apology to David ‘Davido’ Adeleke.

Following their political differences, Davido stopped following Portable on social media and the Zazuu star took a swipe at him.

The street-hop crooner took to his Instagram page to drag OBO for unfollowing him because he was trying to secure his future.

According to the singer, who often makes headlines for negative reasons, he was not fortunate to come from a wealthy home like the DMW boss so he had no other option that to hustle real hard to make money.

He said: “Open your ears and listen. My father isn’t a rich man, I am not a son of a rich man, I am from the trenches. I am the one that brought riches to my family. Open your ears so my words can enter.

“I am running and hustling in this manner and it is simply because of money. And also to avert the suffering my family had to endure, which doesn’t become my portion. Once again, my father is not a rich man. I come from the trenches but managed to bring my family into wealth. So support who support you. They wasted no time in unfollowing us”.

However, during a recently held ceremony, Portable apologised at the behest of Onitigbo of Tigbo-Ilu Land, the traditional ruler that conferred a chieftaincy title on him.

The monarch asked him to mend fences with the DMW founder on camera and show remorse for his actions, so he did as instructed.
