Veteran Nollywood actress, Shan George has revealed that she retrieved the N3.6 million that was recently wiped out from her bank account.
CorrectNG recalls that George cried out on social media days ago, saying all the money in her bank account had been fraudulently removed.
She sought help from Nigerians and relevant security agencies, to recover it, while also sharing a screenshot of the debit alert.
Shan George said; “Cecilia Chiagoziem Okoro that is the name of the person that have just wiped all the money in my account, 3.6 million into an Opay account.
“I am begging everybody, please Zenith bank, Opay, Abeg make una help me. I take God beg una. I don’t have any kobo anywhere again, what will I eat? I no fit beg, I beg una, make una help me.
“EFCC, Nigerian police, abeg, I don’t know the authorities, Zenith bank, I am begging you people. It’s just today, 3rd of May, it’s not even up to an hour ago from now that I am doing this video.”
Giving an update on Instagram, the movie star urged Nigerians to join her live by 7 pm today and she will explain how she got the money with the help of her bank.
She wrote: “Pls Join me here Live at 7pm Nigeria time for full story. I’ve recieved my money back. Thank u to @zenithbankplc @opay.ng @safehavenmicrofinance. To all those who called, texted, and even sent me their token to enable me pursue d issue, God bless u abundantly and replenish ur pockets a billion folds. #Shangeorge”
