Rapper, Odumodublvck hails Rema as he’s set to perform at Brit Awards

Nigerian Hip Hop artiste, Tochukwu Ojogwu aka Odumodublvck, has reacted to reports that his colleague, Rema will be performing at the 2024 Brit Awards.

Odumodublvck hailed the 23-year-old ‘Calm Down’ hit-maker for getting the rare opportunity to represent Africa and Nigeria.

Rema 2024 Brit awards

The award organisers confirmed via social media on Thursday that Rema is one of the performers at the highest profile music awards ceremony in the United Kingdom.

“Stay calm, @heisrema will be performing at the #BRITs 2024. let’s gooooooo,” Brit Awards wrote.

Rema joins Burna Boy as the only two Nigerian artistes to perform at the Brit Awards since inception. The ‘Last Last’ crooner graced the stage at the award ceremony in 2018. The ceremony is scheduled to hold in London on March 2, 2023.

In reaction, Odumodublvck used his self coined slang on Rema and described him as an Industry Machine.

However, in a separate post he shared a screesnshot of the video call they both had, which showed his ID, and later urged fans not to call Rema.

The rapper tweeted; “MAKE NOBODY CALL REMA O. IDIOTS 😂😂😂😂”
