Puma grants Davido’s request, sends private jet to Nigeria to fly him out

Global sportswear manufacturing brand, Puma has provided a private jet for Nigerian superstar, David Adeleke aka Davido.

This comes after the award-winning artiste requested for a jet to fly him to the United Kingdom so that he could watch Manchester City vs Chelsea’s game on Sunday.

CorrectNG reported earlier that OBO was invited to the game by Puma Football via Twitter, but the ‘IF’ crooner wanted VIP treatment so he asked them to send a private jet to pick him up.

It all started when the manufacturing giant, which is the official designer for Man City shared photos of a new jersey.

Manchester City will, on Sunday evening, host Chelsea in the Premier League matchday 37 fixture at the Etihad Stadium in UK.

Reacting to the sports company’s post, Davido wrote; “Hmmm. Looking like the jersey of champions ! 👀👀 Love to see it ! #PumaFam.”

Responding, Puma thanked him and asked if he could come and watch the match on Sunday.

“Thanks 001, TIMELESS like you 🫠 What about joining us at the @ManCity match tomorrow?” Puma football tweeted.

The music star asked the company to motivate him by sending a jet.

He said; “Ginger me. Send the jet!!”

Puma replied; “Say no more

He then wrote; “Oh snap … ok getting ready.”

Puma kept to its word and hours later a jet arrived in Nigeria to pick up the music star.

After hopping on the jet, OBO added; “Say no more! See you soon ! @pumafootball ✈️”
