Portable reportedly becomes police ambassador days after his arrest

Controversial music artiste, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable, has announced that he is now an ambassador of the Nigeria Police Force.

The street-hop singer took to his Instagram on Tuesday, 21st of May and shared photos of himself, his father, and some officers at the police head office in Lagos.

This is coming few days after he got arrested for allegedly refusing to pay the balance of N14million for a G-Wagon of N27 million he purchased from a car dealer.

He was eventually apprehended after jumping a fence in an attempt to flee on Tuesday, May 14, in the Abule Egba area of Lagos.

The ‘Zazuu Zeh’ crooner was reported to have paid N13 million for the vehicle and refused to pay the balance despite pleas from the dealer.

In his IG post on Tuesday, Portable described himself as a “federal government liability” and “Omo ijoba (government’s child)”.

The 30-year-old singer said; “Zazuu federal government libeliability. Omo ijoba Police Ambassador i do music for living …. Star don’t beg to shine Akoi Grace Wey No Dey disgrace.

I no fit run from God that’s all my believing God is over everything after God na government Police is our friends I believe in God my phone 📱 and sub any disappointment is a blessings ZEH NATION many many inspiration.”
