Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola known by his stage name, Portable has begged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) not to penalise him for spraying money to his fans.

In a video posted online, the Zazuu star asked the anti-graft agency to forgive him amid their recent clampdown on those who deface the Naira.

He had stated that because of his large generous heart, people who dislike him now benefit from him. He confidently said that no matter how angry or excited his fans are whenever they see him in public places, they will never hurt him.

The Zeh Nation founder said that whenever he goes out, he withdraws about N3million from the bank and shares it to the people, and that is the reason they will never hurt him because they want him to live long and continue blessing them.

Portable said; “Anytime I want to go out, I withdraw, like two to three million, so when I spray people don’t disturb me. Even if they disturb me, they don’t hurt me. My fans will never hurt me. They can spoil my car and everything but they won’t hurt me because they want me to live long.

“Even my enemies are now benefitting under me, most of my enemies, because I bless them. When you bless them they will never turn their back on you. They will still be helping you.”

But in the recent live session on social media, the music star denied abusing the Nigerian currency and explained that his actions bring help to a lot of people.

Portable, however, announced that he would no longer be spraying naira and encouraged his supporters to open bank accounts as he would only make transfers henceforth.

He said in part; “I didn’t deface the Naira, I help a lot of people, After God na Government, Please forgive me if you have videos of me spraying money, no more spraying of money.”
