Popular TV host stole podcast idea I shared with him – Teddy A cries out

Big Brother Naija ex-contestant, Teddy A has revealed that an idea he had for a sports programme on YouTube and Instagram was stolen by a popular TV host.

The reality TV star said he consulted the person late last year about getting a sponsor for the show which will be in podcast form and he agreed.

Teddy, however said the show host began to give him excuses so he thought the sponsors did not buy the idea, only for him to come across the same person running the sports podcast.

Though the artiste did not mention the name of his person in question, he came to a moment of realisation that it was how ‘the game was played’ in the industry.

Teddy A wrote: “Na so the game dey abi?”

“Late last year I reached out to a popular tv host about collaborating with me to start a football podcast on IG and YouTube. I asked if he could bring the big brand he represents on board (a beer brand) and he said sure why not, great idea fam.

Suddenly baba begin give me excuses and I just knew the idea probably didn’t fly with the supposed brand or they had other ideas.

“Fast forward to few weeks ago and I’m seeing this same guy host a football podcast show on YouTube sponsored by that same beer brand lol.”

In related news, music star, David Adeleke, aka Davido recently launched a model football talent hunt programme in partnership with the Abu Salami Media and 1XBet.

The talent hunt tagged ‘Davido Dream Football Show’ comes with a designed curriculum that has the potential to develop fundamental technical skills and tactical awareness in young players who are committed to competing at the highest levels.
