Physically challenged man distributes hand sanitizers and soaps to Abule community in Lagos (Photos)



A physically challenged banker, Michael Sowunmi has visited Abule community, Lagos state to give out hand sanitizers and dettol soaps to residents as part of measures to keep people safe from the coronavirus pandemic.

Sowunmi was a teacher fondly referred to as “the world’s greatest teacher” before getting a job with Fidelity bank. He studied Chemical Engineering at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH.

He took to Twitter and shared photos of his sensitization mission while distributing the sanitizers and soaps to residents.

“Spread knowledge not panic.

Hand sanitizer and @DettolNigeria soap were donated to the community of Abule in Lagos State. I encouraged the people about washing their hands and how to use the sanitizer.

Together we will win against #CoronaVirusInNigeria .@jidesanwoolu @LSMOH”

“Do you value the lives of the people around you??…encourage them about washing their hands and sanitizing it.” Sowunmi wrote.
