Patoranking awards fully-funded university scholarship to 10 students across Africa

Nigerian reggae and dance-hall singer, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie a.k.a Patoranking has inaugurated his African Leadership University scholarship programme which awards fully paid university scholarship to 10 persons across Africa.

Patoranking made the revelation in a congratulatory message posted on his verified Twitter account.

While revealing the winners of the inaugural 2020 Patoranking ALU scholarship programme, he congratulated them for being selected to undergo a leadership programme at the African Leadership University.

According to the singer, he had initially announced that he would be offering scholarship opportunities to some lucky persons across Africa.

He revealed that the programme received hundreds of applications but only 10 persons were selected randomly from Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Burkina Faso.

They are to undergo leadership programmes at the African Leadership University.

Patoranking said that the aim of the scholarship is to train future leaders for the growth of Africa.
