Ace Nigerian rapper, Olamide Adedeji is set to perform at the Inauguration dinner of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential villa tonight, May 29.
The record label founder’s aide, Drey YBNL made this known via his social media page and he disclosed that Fuji star, K1 The Ultimate was also billed to perform.
Tinubu was sworn-in as President of Nigeria on Monday, 29th of May, 2023 at the Eagle Square in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
Drey wrote; “Olamide and K1 the ultimate are set to perform later tonight at the special party set to hold at the ASO ROCK VILLA. #FederalGovernmentProperty”
Meanwhile, there was mild confusion and pandemonium at the Eagle Square in Abuja on Monday when a man caused a scene during the inauration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Towards the end of Tinubu’s inaugural speech, a young man breached the protocol by climbing the podium in an attempt to approach him.
However, he was immediately tackled and prevented from getting close to President Tinubu.
The yet-to-be identified man, was dressed in Babariga and he climbed the podium while holding a brown envelope.
It was gathered that the same man did something similar earlier when when he ran across the parade ground towards President Tinubu while he was inspecting the parade on the motorcade
On the second attempt, he somehow found his way to the stage, climbed and rushed towards the President but he was stopped and whisked away by security operatives.
Men of the press covering the event made efforts to interview the suspect but they were rebuffed by operatives of the Department of State Services.
