Meanwhile, Nigerian producer and artiste Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef, has said he is a victim of cancel culture which was allegedly spearheaded by popular singer, Banky W.

He said he was black listed in the Nigerian music industry after Banky used one of his contacts in the media industry.

Samklef made the allegations in a post on his Twitter page while chiding the EME boss for remaining silent on the Mohbad and Naira Marley saga.

The music producer opined that Banky is silent on the calls for justice for late rapper Mohbad, because he also bullied his former signees.

Samklef said he has forgiven the music executive but decided to speak up so others can learn from his experience.

He wrote; “Banky W, the individual who initiated my personal cancel culture in 2012 with one of his friends in Soundcity…He is now a pastor lol. Fellow artists, it’s time to share your genuine experiences! Don’t hesitate!

The reason many of them remain quiet about this matter is that they are aware of their own involvement. They were not just violent like Naira Marley! I have forgiven but I will still tell my story so that other people can learn.”
