Nigerian woman goes viral for celebrating her housemaid’s 18th birthday

A Nigerian woman identified as Mrs Ifeoma Okeakpu has earned praises online for celebrating her housemaid on her birthday.

The maid recently turned 18 and her madam decided to organise a lowkey event for her, to show that she is loved and a part of the family.

The Anambra woman’s actions towards the teenage girl melted the hearts of netizens who hailed her for being kind at a time there are numerous cases of women being wicked to their domestic helps.

Photos of Mrs Okeakpu and her help which surfaced online showed the girl looking well nourished and fresh with chubby cheeks, leading people to say the woman was taking good care of her.
