A Nigerian man, Akanni, has threatened to slam a lawsuit on former Presidential Aspirant under the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC), Adamu Garba over a donation made to his campaign.
The young man donated the sum of 20 Naira to Garba when he declared intention run for presidency and appealed to Nigerians to help him raise the N100 million for purchase of presidential form.
However, the ex-APC Chieftain withdrew from the presidential contest days ago after receiving N83.2 million donation from Nigerians.
Following Garba’s decision, Akanni has asked for a refund of his N20, saying that if it is not done, he will take legal action.
He took to the politician’s Twitter comment to share a snapshot of his proof of payment as well as the donor list with his name highlighted.
Akanni wrote; ”My refund now, before my legal team take action”
