Nigerian man rents billboard to celebrate wife on Valentine’s Day

A Nigerian content creator and journalist, Alabi Lawrence has gone above and beyond to celebrate his influencer-wife, Omotara on Valentine’s Day.

He rented a big billboard in Nigeria and put up an image of his wife with some heart-melting words of appreciation on February 14.

Lawrence took to his Twitter page and shared a series of pictures, one being the original image of Motara which was used on the billboard, the other images showed where it was displayed in public.

The billboard write-up read; “Super Eagles did not win the trophy but I didn’t feel it because you’re my trophy and my everyday Valentine.”

The young husband captioned the post; “All day, everyday 🏆 ❤️”

Reacting, @the_smallie said; There are other things you could have done to celebrate but no, you denied actual business owners access to advertise their businesses on the billboard. You didn’t even consider the economy of the country and how this single action can affect all of us. Do better.

CorrectNG reported earlier that a Nigerian lady known as Osas gushed over her boyfriend for renting a king-size billboard to celebrate her on February 14, Valentine’s Day.

The man, Olabisi paid for a billboard in Lagos state and posted his babe’s face by a side with a love note written on the larger part.

He described her as a super amazing woman and said she is one of his favourite people in the world. Osas shared a photo of the billboard on her Twitter page and captioned it with emojis which got people envying the couple.

The words read; “You are one of my favorite people in the world, so it’s only appropriate the world knows this. Happy Valentine’s Day to a super amazing woman. May you continue to flourish like the cedars of Lebanon.”
