A Nigerian lady identified as Ifeyinwa Ezeudu, has shared a success story that is serving as a source of inspiration to many online.

According to her, when she was 14 years old, a family member asked what she would like to become, she replied “pharmacist and a medical doctor”.

Sadly, the relation then discouraged her, saying such professions are not meant for the Nigerian girl child.

However, Ifeyinwa said those words challenged her as she promised herself to achieve her dream no matter what.

After graduating with a degree in science laboratory technology, the smart lady proceeded to study Pharmacy and graduated as one of the best students in her class.

She was not satisfied with just a degree in Pharmacy, so the determined young lady went further by studying medicine.

In a LinkedIn post, Ifeyinwa said she triumphed over the limitation of that family friend’s words as she became a medical doctor in 2020 with many awards.

She advised every girl child in Nigeria to pursue their dreams, telling them they are achievable.
