Meanwhile, in another news…

CorrectNG recalls that drama was stirred in March when crossdresser Idris “Bobrisky” Okuneye won the ‘Best Dressed Female’ at the premiere of Eniola Ajao’s ‘Ajakaju’.

Nollywood actresses, Toyin Abraham and Dayo Amusa expressed disapproval and condemned the decision to award the title to the drag queen while her colleague, Toyin wondered why it went to a male rather than a female.

Abraham could not hold back shock as she questioned if the judges were not in the right mental state to have crowned Bobrisky the winner. One of the videos from the event captured her looking stunned while jokingly threatened to punch Bobrisky, who was seen bragging and responding to Toyin.

The actress who spoke in Yoruba, said in part; “Bobrisky, best-dressed female, if I give you an uppercut. Are you guys mad that Bobrisky is winning Best Female? Are you mad? Well, you will give me part of the money.”

Also, Amusa who reacted via a video posted on her Instagram account, said that particular decision was a mockery of the women present at the event.
