Award-winning Nigerian musician, Adekunle Kosoko professionally known as Adekunle Gold has bragged about how good his live band is.
The ‘Something Different’ crooner, in a recent interview with Tataki, said he has the best music band in the world.
Adekunle Gold gave himself accolades over his stage dominance while at concerts and how he wishes to always give his fans a break from the songs they hear on radio.
He said: “I have the best band in the world; I say that all the time. Every time I’m on stage, it’s a different vibe. As a fan of music as well, I don’t ever want to go and see my favourite musicians play the same songs that I listen to in my car because if I’m paying for tickets, I want to experience something good.
“My songs that you listened to already would sound different when you watched me perform it. It’s so important to have musicians on stage. When I leave the stage, I’m like, ‘Damn! That was crazy.”
The music star also said fans could relate to his songs because most of them are true-life stories.
“All my songs are very relatable because most of them are my stories. You made these beautiful songs in the studio, not knowing what to expectband then taking it on stage, seeing people’s reactions whether they know the song or not, the energy you get from that is one of the things that I enjoyed the most,” he said.

He got people questioning the authenticity of his claim and source of his wealth when he made the revelation during a chat with journalist, Adesope Olajide on The Afrobeats podcast.
Skiibii said that though he is the owner of numerous houses, people did not know about them because he never announced it on social media at the time of purchase. The ‘Baddest Boy’ crooner boasted that he is not like a lot of his colleagues who love doing things for public opinions or get into scandals.
According to the singer, his mother is proud of him for how much he has achieved in life without making noise. Skiibii also said that he had to use his sense and only do what is necessary in life because he has suffered and life would eventually teach everyone when the time comes.
