Former contestant of Big Brother Naija ‘All Stars’, Uriel Oputa has revealed that the kiss she shared with younger colleague, Groovy was staged.
According to the reality TV star, the entire romantic date which recently set tongues wagging on social media was part of the script.
The 34-year-old fitness enthusiast made this known when she appeared as a guest on Pulse’s Inside Scoop with Groovy, who is 29 years old.
Uriel explained that it was all part of a promo at the Lagos Cocktail Week for a brand they are signed to, and they delivered the act professionally.
She said: “These last couple of days have made me realise that I don’t want to act again. Nollywood actors, I salute you guys. It’s not easy at all.
“We [Groovy and I] had a fantastic time at Lagos Cocktail Week. We were there with an amazing brand. And we were on an assignment, and we took on roles.
“We basically acted like we were into each other. We were flirting and everything. Everything you saw basically was an assignment.”
Groovy added, “Yeah, it was an assignment. It was scripted.”
