A Nigerian man identified as Orlando Nnaoma has recounted a disappointing experience with a friend he wanted to do business with.
The Agro Entrepreneur said he visited the guy to discuss a business proposal with him, but during the meeting, he sent a girl N1million.
The girl’s account was blocked because that amount of money does not frequently enter her bank account.
He said the guy then called the bank manager and ensured that the girl’s account was upgraded. After that was done, he transferred another N1million to her.
Just as they were still talking, the girl in question walked into his office and the businessman sent Nnaoma away saying he wanted to discuss something important with her.
He rescheduled the meeting and told the young man to return on Friday, an action which rendered Nneoma speechless.
“He transferred 1m to this girl’s account..The account was blocked cuz it couldn’t handle such..He called the bank manager, upgraded her account and paid in another 1m.. I had a business proposal i was discussing with him prior to his calls with the bank manager.
The said girl entered his office and he immediately told me to leave and comeback on friday, that he had a pressing issue to discuss with the lady.. I was speechless 🤣.. I sha carry myself comot as na market all of us dey sell.. I say make i sha just rant here,” he wrote.
In other news, a Nigerian lady identified as Josephine has called out her friend’s boyfriend for borrowing money from his babe and refunding the exact amount.
The young woman took to Twitter and revealed that the man asked his girlfriend to send N20,000 to his mechanic.
He had apparently exceeded his daily transfer limit which is why he made the request from his babe with the promise to return the money.
The man kept to his promise and refunded the N20k, but Josephine felt disappointed that he did not add anything to the money.
She revealed that it happened in the morning on Monday and his action made her generalise that men have no conscience.
Josephine tweeted; ‘‘My Friends boyfriend asked her to transfer 20k to his mechanic yesterday cos he has exceeded his daily limit ,this morning, he returned the money 20k exactly, Nothing else,men have no conscience.”
