Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, the musician popularly known as Spyro, has recounted how his girlfriend broke up with him because a female friend kisses him on the cheek.
The ‘Who’s Your Guy’ hitmaker said his ex was a Canadian and the heartbreak was “quite painful” that it made him resent Canada.
Spyro took to his Instagram page to share the story of how he already bought an engagement ring to propose to her before she ended their relationship due to the peck.
According to the singer, he is now healed and it is with the help of his pastor who sent him a series of uplifting messages.
Spyro wrote; “Canada I want to be honest today… The reason why I have pushed this tour this far is because I was still healing from a serious heartbreak from one of your girls there.
“Quite painful as I saw a future with us …already bought a ring and all of a sudden she ended it and for what, because a female friend pecked me after I bought her something she needed and I wanted to be open so I told her and that led to a series of events that ended the relationship.
“Since then I resented the idea of Canada and everything that surrounds it but now I am healed thanks to a series of messages from my pastor.”

Meanwhile, the Budding Nigerian artiste, Sypro recently said he regrets not finding love before becoming a celebrity.
He revealed that it is currently difficult for him to find love because he is unsure which woman genuinely loves him.
Speaking during an interview with Drip Check, Spyro said: “I wish I had found love before now. As a celebrity, you are scared because you don’t even know who loves you for what you are or who you are.”
When asked to disclose his ideal woman, the musician said: “I am attracted to intelligence. So when I talk to a woman that is not giving me that vibe, I have a big problem with that.”
