My first kiss was with a guy – Bobrisky opens up

Idris “Bobrisky” Okuneye has set tongues wagging on social media platforms with the revelation of when he had his first kiss and with whom.

The controversial internet personality disclosed that he was an adult when he first shared a kiss with someone and it was with a guy at the University of Lagos, UNILAG.

The crossdresser made this known during an episode of Comedian Bae U’s Curiosity Made Me Ask’ programme, where he noted that he was in 100 level at the time and the guy in the story was his hroommate.

When Bae U asked about his first kiss, Bobrisky answered; “My first kiss happened in school, at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), in my hostel, with my roommate.”

The content creator probed further to know if the roommate was male, and the crossdresser confirmed, saying, “Yes”.

The Lagos based socialite recently shared intricate details of his journey transitioning from a man to a woman, which started nine years ago.

Bobrisky said he started crossdressing as a marketing strategy while he was selling unisex clothes during his undergraduate days at the University of Lagos.

He opened up during an interview with music veteran, Charly Boy, explaining how he didn’t envisage that crossdressing would lead him into becoming a transgender person.

The internet personality disclosed that he faced resistance from his parents initially but they eventually allowed him to be himself.

Bobrisky said; “About nine years ago, I was at the University of Lagos studying Accounting. I also had a side hustle, I was selling unisex clothes. Most times I try the female wears on myself and I love the outfits.

“From there, I moved to female hairstyles to makeup and more women were patronising my business. So I decided to keep crossdressing since it was lucrative.

“I wasn’t thinking I was going to do it for a very long time. Initially, it was just a marketing strategy but people were complimenting me that I look better as a woman than a man. That’s how I ended up being Bobrisky.”
