My boyfriend vanished with my N10m life savings – Lady weeps (Video)

A Nigerian lady has been captured on tape crying profusely after her boyfriend allegedly ripped her off of a huge sum of money.

she claimed that the boyfriend whom she trusted disappeared with her savings of N10 million which she had set aside for her business.

According to the lady known on TikTok as @painless_555 on TikTok, she had diligently saved a the money over a span of three years, with the hope of using it to invest and expand her entrepreneurial endeavor.

Unfortunately, she fell victim as her man had promised to keep it safely but ended up running away with the millions of naira.

She was weeping in the viral video and in the caption, urged other women not to allow themselves be fooled into trusting a man or anyone like she did.

The young lady wrote; “God, my boyfriend ran away with my life savings of N10 million money for my business. Guys I am depressed. What will I do now.

Ladies please don’t fall a victim to something like this, my boyfriend ran away with my life savings of 10m. Use me as a lesson guys, men will stain your white.”

Meanwhile, in another news…

A 42-year-old woman, Ihuoma Onunyere, has been arraigned at an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing N2.1 million from her late boyfriend’s bank account.

The Lagos state police command charged the defendant, a businesswoman of House 16, Joseph Harrison St., Iwaya area, Yaba, Lagos, with alleged theft.

She, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge read against her when she appeared before the Magistrate, Miss M. F Onamusi, on Wednesday, April 17.

The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Innocent Odugbo had informed the court that Onunyere withdrew N2.1million from the account of Mr John Nwanu through his mobile phone App after his death.

He said the suspect committed the offense between October 27 and November 20, 2023 in Yaba, Lagos and it contravenes the provisions of Section 287 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The prosecutor further revealed that it was the daughter of the late man, Ruth, who discovered the withdrawal and the case was reported at the police station.
