Musician drags Carter Efe for refusing to promote his song after collecting N3m

An up-and-coming artiste, Boyposy has accused popular content creator, Efe Joseph Oderhohwo aka Carter Efe of reneging on a deal to promote his song.

In a video posted on social media, he claimed that he paid Carter Efe the sum of N3 million for give him publicity but after receiving the money, he went silent

Boyposy shared some screenshots of their chat which showed that he had reached out to the skit-maker for a deal to promote his track, sending N500,000 first and N2.5 million later on.

Going by the chat, the upcoming singer had made the payment for the promotion in February. However, as at then, the song was not ready to be released until the next week.

The artiste disclosed that a month after the song had been released and sent to Carter Efe, he refused to keep to his part of the agreement, and frustrated by the action, he demanded a refund.

But Carter Efe refused to send him the money and said that because Boyposy was in a hurry doesn’t mean he should promote his song immediately as he had other promotional works to do.

The ‘Machala’ hit-maker sent another message to Boyposy asking him to relax and send another interesting song which he can promote on his page as the first one was unsatisfactory.

However, Boyposy was fed up with the back and forth decided to go online to call him out and asked the content creator to refund his N3m.
