Nigerian comedian and political aide, Freedom Atsepoyi popularly known Mr Jollof, has called out singer Duncan Mighty for allegedly refusing to show up for an event after receiving payment.

He revealed that he paid Duncan Mighty N3million to perform his concert in Warri, Delta State, but the artiste failed to honour the agreement.

According to him, the ‘Jesus Bu Eze’ crooner never made it to the show despite the extension of the duration of the music show.

Speaking in a video shared on his Instagram page, Jollof said the concert show was scheduled to close by midnight but he extended it to 3 am, hoping that Duncan Mighty would show up after promising that he was on his way.

He shared screenshots of the payment and vowed to collect the money back in full from Duncan, who had only refunded him N800,000.

The comedian said; “After the show closed around 3:27 am, I sent Duncan Mighty a video, informing him that the event has ended that he should turn back and I sent him my account details to refund me.

“When I woke up the next day, I saw an alert of N800,000 from Duncan Mighty instead of the N3 million I gave him. Anyone close to him should advise him to refund me in full.”

He captioned the post: “@duncanmighty you really see me finish but you see that my money I go collect am.”
