Mr Eazi reveals how producer duped him of $5,000

Nigerian singer, Oluwatosin Ajibade better known by his stage name, Mr Eazi has revealed that a music producer refused to honour a business deal after receiving payment.

The ‘Hol Up’ crooner said he paid the (unnamed) producer 5000 dollars to produce a song for him but after transferring the funds, he failed to send the stems.

In music terms, Stems are stereo recordings sourced from mixes of multiple individual tracks, such as drums, vocals and bass.

Producer dupe Mr Eazi 5000 dollars

According to the 32-year-old artiste, the song in question is meant to be on his forthcoming album, The Evil Genius.

Mr Eazi shared his experience through his official Twitter account as he hoped that the $5000 he lost, changed the life of the producer who vanished with it.

He, however, said that the day he gets ”bored” he would consider dedicating the sum of 100,000 to suing the person.

Mr Eazi wrote; “There is a producer I paid $5000 to produce a song that was meant to be on my album and he never sent the stems lol I hope that 5k changed his life #TheEvilGenius 🏹 but the day I get bored I will spend 100k to sue ur ass.”
