Late singer, Ilerioluwa “Mohbad” Aloba’s father, Mr Joseph Aloba has made heavy allegations against his son’s wife, Omowunmi and her legal counsel, Femi Falana.
The man claimed during an interview on MAX FM that his life was under threat and he was at a loss regarding where to find safety.
Joseph Aloba said his Wunmi issued him deadly threats during a call made to his phone through a strange number and Falana is aware of her actions. He added that he recorded the call for evidence’s sake.
According to him, when someone came to his house knocking, he was scared because he thought it was his daughter-in-law that came to carry out her threat.
Joseph said; “I want people to support me, the autopsy is going to be done by a private firm. I don’t know where to live now because of threats.
Yesterday, when I heard someone knocking at the gate, I thought it was those that Wunmi said will come to kill me. She called me with a strange number and threatened me; I recorded it and Falana is aware of this”.

Meanwhile, just two months ago, Omowunmi Aloba, revealed that she’s been receiving death threats. She made this known while testifying before the Coroner’s Inquest sitting at Ikorodu area of Lagos on Tuesday, November 7.
According to the deceased singer’s widow, that the threats have forced her to resort to wearing face mask whenever she is going out.
The mother-of-one also testified that Mohbad died in his room on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in the afternoon, long before he was declared dead.
