Canada-based Nigerian promoter, MC Morris has called out stand-up comedian, I Go Dye, for failing to fulfil a monetary promise.
He decided to hop on the trend of entertainers and show promoters calling out artistes on the internet because of unpaid debt and failed deals.
MC Morris took to his social media page and stated that I Go Dye owes him $1000 since the 1st of October.
He recalled picking money at a More Than a legend tour with PG which the comic act collected from him and shared to the audience.
According to him, I Go Die, however, promised to reimburse him the entire money which totalled 1000 dollars but till date he is yet to do so.
MC Morris stressed that he needed the comedian to pay the money so that he can settle bills that are pilling up and have his sanity intact.
He wrote; “Since everybody is dragging money on internet today, May I quickly speak up so nobody Will say “why dint he speakup”
Today makes it 24 days, comedian I go dye Is owing me $1000 (1million naira). Pls I need the money for my sanity’s sake bros. It’s almost month end in Canada and bills have loaded…..
This promise was made Oct 1st at the more than a legend tour with PG at exactly 11:49pm 30secs. After I picked money and bros use am take dash. Pls pay up bros, Justice for me.”
